Loved this Hilton! Chip at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful, was able to check in early.Breakfast was good.All the staff were friendly which contributed to a great visit!
Loved this place. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Love the way the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are installed in the shower. Love the bodywash. Zero% its great. Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.
We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bristol, Va. to celebrate our daughter's graduation! The hotel and our room were very clean and the hotel has a beautiful lobby with plenty of outdoor and indoor space to relax. We love that they are pet friendly and brought our pup with us. The rooms were quiet and could not hear any outside noise plus the beds were very comfortable. The entire staff and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful! We loved that there are restaurants around as Cracker Barrel is right outside the back door though the hotel does have a restaurant also. It is located right off the interstate and very convenient and a beautiful area. We would stay again and recommend it to anyone!
Photo assignment for a recent event. Man-oh-man the HGI crew is TOP SHELF!! Staff was all over the event prepping serving with a smile and the food line was absolutely amazing. If you are planning on an event, call this venue. You’ll be glad you did.
Stayed overnight while passing through. Decent hotel. Room was clean, bed was a little soft for me, shower good with plenty of hot water. Clerks were okay. Did not recognize me as a Hilton member, oh well. Cracker Barrel next door, which is handy. They charge $75.00 per night for a pup. That's kinda steep, based upon what other hotels charge.
Nice soft but bright night light in the bathroom! Don't have to wake everyone up in the middle of the night! Such a small but nice thing I'm surprised more hotels don't have.
I have dropped a lot of clients off at the Hilton Garden Inn, never once have I seen or heard anyone being unfriendly. (Ashley) is always the nicest lady ever. She’s helped me with many of my passengers.
I'm giving this Hilton Garden Inn 5 stars. The rooms smelled really clean. It was in a good and private location, but most of all—the water actually got hot. Almost every Hilton I've gone to the water has been like warm or barely warmer than Luke warm. I'm cold natured so a luke warm shower feels cold to me. If you like hot water with your hotel room, this place is for you. I didn't realize that breakfast was not included, but we are there. It was about $46 for me and my 3 kids. I did not eat the breakfast at the Garden Inn after that. It wasn't a horrible breakfast, but I did think Waffle House would have been better. The staff overall were amazing and the morning attendant was too. If you are travelling and stopping in Bristol, this is a really great Hilton.
